Our Programs

Horse Harmonize (Equine Assisted Learning EAL)

Within this 1 hour workshop, interact and learn with the horses as an individual or in a group session. Spend time getting to know the equine guides and participate in ground activities to explore horse behaviour and the herd mentality. Learn how you can apply this information to your everyday tasks and practise mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety. 
  

Individual and & Family Therapy Sessions ​(EAP)

In this 1 hour, in depth session, we support individuals, couples and families to reach their therapy goals. Using a client centred and solution focused approach, you will work alongside an experienced Mental Health Professional, an Equine Specialist and our beautiful horses to create positive change within your own life. In these sessions we can work on topics such as communication, self awareness, problem solving skills, self esteem and address any aspects of life that you would like to develop or improve. Equine Assisted Therapy is an effective therapy tool for addressing trauma, depression, anxiety and anger. All sessions are delivered in a safe, private and calm environment, to ensure you get the most out of your session.  

Team Building & Staff Development ​(EAP/EAL)

Perfect for corporate team building and staff development, youth and school groups. These sessions run for 2 - 4 hours and are tailored to suit the individual needs of the group or business. One of our experienced facilitators will work with you to design sessions that focus on the areas specific to your team. Popular focus areas are motivation, social cohesion, conflict resolution, problem solving skills, relationship building, trust and communication. Using our effective 3 step approach to team development, these sessions are all delivered in a relaxed environment, with our equine guides leading the way. Horsemanship and Horsie Hub (EAL)

Bring the kids down for some horsie fun! Horsemanship classes are for children and the young at heart. Learn about horse care, equipment, horse first aid, basic ground work and safety) Horsemanship sessions can be booked privately, for smaller or larger groups and we are now catering for birthdays!
